1. Digital Products, Mastercourses & All-Access Bundles

Because Glaxotech specializes in instant-access digital mastercourses, curriculum downloads, prompt vaults, and code templates (including individual career bundles and the Glaxotech All-Access Pass), all sales of digital goods are final.

Once digital access has been granted or files have been downloaded, access cannot be retracted. Therefore, refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products are generally not offered unless you experience severe technical roadblocks or duplicate charges that our support team is unable to resolve.

2. Review & Technical Support Exceptions

In rare cases where a refund or adjustment is approved by Glaxotech management due to exceptional technical failure on our end, the approved credit will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

For custom web design, Shopify architecture, and e-commerce development projects managed by Glaxotech:

  • Project deposits and milestone retainers are non-refundable once creative work, domain registration, or development has officially commenced.

  • We provide structured revision cycles during project execution to ensure full client satisfaction prior to final store deployment.
